Like wine in a cup.
Diverse and fertile soil brings us tart lemon-lime and red grape notes in light roasts. Medium roasts tease out milk chocolate and pecan nuttiness. Dark roasts are moderately bold with dark chocolate notes lingering on the palate.
From the high slopes of the Andes, the modestly small Ramos Garcia family farm sits 2100 meters above sea level. We've been fortunate enough to get early notice when their crop is ready—it's in limited supply and goes fast. Originally fruit farmers, Señores Gallardo and Cavero embraced coffee farming for a more stable life. Their farm used to exclusively produce coffee via the natural process due to limited access to water, but in the past few years they've learned a great deal about water efficiency from neighboring coffee farms. These neighbors aren't within walking distance, mind you! Their washed process and uniquely diverse soil produces a refined, comfortable cup.
