Señorita Ortiz Señora Muñoz (congrats to the lovely couple!) and her children produced this coffee via a washing process that preserves the silky smoothness that this region is world-renowned for. She wisely values diversification on her farm, rotating between corn, lentils, and plaintains to keep her soil healthy.
